Pricing Schedule
At RouteSmith our pricing is based on the number of vehicles or "mobile assets" in your fleet. We offer volume discounts, so the more vehicles that you manage, the lower your monthly vehicle subscription becomes.

Account Configuration Fee
RouteSmith charges a onetime, non-refundable $495 Standard Account Configuration Fee to set up your account and provide initial training. (Additional configuration fees and/or custom development charges may apply for complex implementations.) This helps us ensure that RouteSmith is tailored to fit your company’s individual business needs.

No Long-Term Contracts
At RouteSmith there are two reasons why we don’t require long-term contracts.

• We understand that many of our customers experience fluctuations in their business. We don’t think you should pay for a service that you’re not actively using.
• We believe you will like our products and services so much, that long term contracts are simply not necessary. If at any time you are not satisfied with RouteSmith, please give us feedback. We appreciate any and all recommendations that we receive from our clients.

Statement and Billing Schedule
RouteSmith sends our clients e-mail statements on the first business day of the new billing cycle. Credit card payments are processed automatically.

RouteSmith prefers American Express. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
